Background - Last year, we were approached by a client, who was into the online selling of household decorative items. Their products mostly included small furniture, wall paintings, floor mats, and much more home decor. They were into the business since past 10 years offered the products which defined the contemporary style along with the traditional outlook.

Requirement - The client was in search for a perfect BPO outsourcing service provider, who would put the 100% effort in meeting their product data entry service requirements. The client wanted us to collect the data (including the images) from the catalog or the website of the manufacturer and to create a perfect product description and meta title. Later on, the data was required to be entered into a separate Excel spreadsheet.
